Welcome Home Property Management, LLC manages residential rental properties in Peoria, Illinois. We act as the property manager on behalf of individual property owners: we handle leasing, rent collection, and day-to-day tenant relations for the homes we manage.

Here's how it works: tenants pay their monthly rent to us. We keep a management fee, and pass the remaining rental income on to the property owner. We also manage maintenance requests, lease agreements, and general communication between tenants and owners throughout the lease term.
